Terms of service

These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with 4th Dimension. By placing an order you accept them.

1. Who we are

2. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when we confirm it to you. We may decline an order — for example if a piece is no longer available, if the price or description was listed in error, or if we cannot deliver to your address — and we will tell you if we do.

Because pieces are made to order, work begins shortly after confirmation. See our Refund policy for what this means for cancellation.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already confirmed. Payment is cash on delivery unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing.

4. Products, sizing and colour

We describe and photograph our pieces as accurately as we can. Fabric colour can vary between dye lots and between screens, and hand-worked embroidery and embellishment carry small natural irregularities. These are part of the work, not faults.

Where you order to custom measurements, you are responsible for the measurements you give us. We will make the piece to those measurements.

5. Delivery

Timeframes in our Shipping policy are estimates given in good faith. We are not liable for delay caused by a courier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns

Our Refund policy forms part of these terms.

7. Your account and information

If you create an account, keep your password confidential and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use. You agree that the information you give us — name, address, phone number — is accurate and current. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy policy.

8. Our content

The photographs, designs, text and marks on this site belong to 4th Dimension. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use this site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with its operation. We may withdraw access if you do.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the version that applies to it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
