Shipping policy

We ship across Pakistan.

How long it takes

Our pieces are made to order, so please allow 7 to 14 working days from the day your order is confirmed to the day it reaches you. This covers cutting, stitching, any finishing work, and courier transit.

Pieces with heavy embellishment, or orders cut to custom measurements, can sit at the longer end of that range. If yours will take longer than 14 working days we will tell you before we start.

Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Payment

We offer cash on delivery across Pakistan. Pay the courier when your parcel arrives.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched we will send you the courier and tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp on the number you gave at checkout. Please make sure that number is reachable — couriers will usually call before delivering.

If you are not there

Couriers normally attempt delivery two or three times before returning a parcel to us. If your parcel comes back undelivered we will contact you to arrange a re-send.

International

We currently deliver within Pakistan only. If you are ordering from abroad, write to us at info@4thdimensionclothing.com and we will tell you what is possible.
